Shipping Process
We prioritize delivering your orders quickly and securely. To achieve this, we only work with trusted courier companies.
While we aim to ship all items in your order together, certain product attributes or availability might require separate shipments. In such cases, we will inform you beforehand.
If you receive a package that seems damaged or has tampered packaging, please do not accept it. Contact our customer support immediately at 0000000000 / 02200000000 or visit our Contact Us page with your order reference number, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.
You can track your order’s delivery status by visiting the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
As per Indian Tax Regulations, all orders (including gifts) will be accompanied by an invoice stating the product price.

Delivery Partners
We ship our products through reliable couriers like FedEx and Aramex, available at checkout for you to choose.
For remote areas, EMS Speed Post can be used upon special request. However, we cannot guarantee that the post office will accept this request, as they may refuse the shipment if they find it susceptible to damage during transit.

Estimated Shipping Time
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day it is placed. Typically, 99% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Shipping is available on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched on the next Monday.
For orders placed before 01:30 PM, we offer same-day delivery (except on Sundays and public holidays).
Expected delivery is typically between 3 PM and 10 PM.
For BlueDart shipments, orders placed before 2 PM will be picked up the same day, while those placed later will be picked up the next day.
Though we generally aim for delivery within 2-5 days across India, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the courier’s process and transit locations. It’s advisable to place orders well ahead of time to ensure timely delivery.

Warranty and Guarantee
All products come with a standard warranty (unless otherwise stated) to protect you from manufacturing defects.
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within a reasonable time from the shipment date. You are responsible for return shipping costs; however, we will reimburse these costs once we confirm the product’s defect. We will replace or repair the faulty product at no charge, including free shipping. If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will offer a full refund.
Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been misused, mishandled, modified, or damaged due to neglect or accidents.

Full Refund or Replacement
We ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions and guarantee the quality of our products. To safeguard against issues like shipping damage or missing parts, we offer a 2-day window (from delivery) to report problems. Please raise a support ticket on our website, and our team will review your case and assign an RMA number for the return process. After we receive the returned item, we will assess the issue and dispatch a replacement with prepaid shipping. If a replacement isn’t available, we will process a full refund.
We are unable to accept returns or cancellations without a valid reason, due to the nature of the products we sell. Hitu Technologies reserves the right to make final decisions on refund requests.

Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please send us an email. Our customer service will respond within one business day. Only orders marked as “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be canceled or modified. Once an order status changes, cancellation is no longer possible.
Cancellation may incur a 5% processing fee, depending on the payment method used, as we are charged by payment providers even when an order is canceled.
We do not accept cancellations or returns without a valid reason. Hitu Technologies holds the right to make final decisions on refund requests.

Returns Process
If a product cannot be repaired remotely or by the customer, we will issue an RMA number, which must be included with the return package (please do not write on the product packaging). We accept defective, unused products for replacement within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip.Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation of our products. It’s important to ensure that electrical components are connected correctly, paying attention to polarity.
